Terms of Service

1. Service Description

We provide consulting, development, and related services as described on our website and in any applicable statement of work or service agreement.

2. Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in Euro (€) unless stated otherwise. Invoices are due within the payment period specified on the invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in accordance with the terms set forth in your service agreement or booking confirmation. Please contact us at legal@adrianani.com for cancellation requests.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may seek legal remedies as provided by applicable law.
